Pick a shape and walk through the seven-step configurator. Save the URL — it carries every choice you made.
Submit
Drop the configuration with your contact details and target window. Add notes for the bay. Free.
Confirmation
Within 48h Jeff or the bay reviews feasibility, locks the price, and sends a deposit invoice (40%).
Build
Foam is touched once the deposit clears. Lead time depends on the production tier you picked.
Ship
Balance is due before shipping. Hand-shaped boards travel in a custom crate; freight calculated at finish.
We confirm the price before any money moves. If the bay can't build what you asked for the way you asked for it, we say so — usually with a counter-suggestion that gets closer to the wave you described.
The deposit covers materials and the time it takes to lock your slot in the queue. It is refundable until the foam is touched, minus a 10% admin fee. After that, the board is yours.
